S74 silk Jones, Detroit

Have a question about this silk.

SCD lists Tom Jones in White with backing, not Davy Jones. They also list Davy Jones in colored silk, not Tom Jones.

Lipset's Encyclopedia lists Jones with a white and color silk, but no 1st name. Although on the uncut color sheet he lists D. Jones.

My question, is SCD white Tom Jones inaccurate? My white silk with backing is D. Jones. Is there a Tom Jones with white backing? Or a color silk of Tom Jones?

The only Jones in either S74 set is Davy. If SCD lists Tom, it is in error.

Thanks Miller, I sent a note to Lemke and he did not know, he said the list was compiled over 20 years ago. I think you are right.
