Default Question about postal issue

What is the most likely explanation for what's going on in Indianapolis here? This is a package I was expecting to receive a week ago from an eBay seller in Canada.

That is weird! Usually I see the auto-scan, "In Transit" that populates every 24 hours or so to make it seem like there is some activity on the package. I would suggest opening an inquiry; I have had good luck this way, it draws attention to the issue and it is assigned to a real person; It is usually resolved within a few days.
