I wish I could get it, but am hoping that, by posting this, a Net54 Member can get it.

Wow, that’s a huge mark-up. Doesn’t Graig usually sell these for like $500-$800?

Did you just officially 'out' this auction??

There will be some folks here who are upset and offended. How dare you.

And BTW, I like the frame. And the painting. So cool.

I am more of a minimalist when it comes to frames but the picture is off the charts.

All of his pics are off the chart. It's on my bucket list to purchase one of his paintings.

That 800 figure sounds too good. Those "cut card collages" are being touted for 3k and up I believe

It's likely due to the smaller size. Graig's "studies" are only 5" X 7" in size, and perhaps not quite as detailed as his more "encompassing" works.

Even so, I wish I had picked up a couple when he was making them available on eBay.

Some of that 3K amount is due to the value of the cut-up cards.

Me too, I have been to some of the best museums on the planet. One of his Ted Williams 5"x7" studies is in the top 5 painting I have ever seen.

Wow! Almost all of you guys have much better card collections than me, but I am the very proud owner of (2) Kreindler Babe Ruth paintings.

They are 16x20's.

Please forgive the poor photography of this 24x30 masterpiece.
Graig has better images of it on his website. http://graigkreindler.com/?page_id=1...=2145#post1485
