Default Sterling Lot 46 - E92 Schmidt

I know I've seen a few E92's with large borders and plenty of E92's with miscut front/backs showing adjacent cards, but I don't recall ever seeing another E92 with borders quite this big. Has anyone seen another? If the winner is interested in flipping for a small profit, please let me know.

Default E92

It looks like everyone was a winner on this card. I consigned this card to Sterling.

Collector's tastes changes overtime. There was a time where a card like this was crap in a deal you didn't allocate cost to or want and threw in a junk box.

This card was in some purchase in the past, I am not sure how long ago. I ran across it last year digging throurgh some boxes of older stock. I showed the card to Dan McKee at the 2019 National (I sell cards like this to him, colorized 1939/40 Play Ball, etc) and he didn't want it.

I had it unslabbed, priced much less than it sold for last night in my showcase in Chantilly, Chicago, Valley Forge, etc the last half of 2019.

After the pandemic hit I sent some cards to SGC to sell on my own or to send to Sterling.

Glad I did. Someone got a card they like and happy with an I got alot more money for the card on the back end. I wish more of you would have stayed awake and bid more.
