I picked up these cards on ebay and just looking at them it would appear to me that the Clymer and Unglaub are trimmed. I would like to resell them, but am unsure how to describe them honestly to potential buyers; I don't want to sell as real if they are not. Can anyone give me some advice about the authenticity of these cards and if they have been altered? Thanks

They don't appear to be trimmed to me. If anything the Batch card looks to be a little oversized especially placed beside the other two.

What are the dimensions of the pictured cards? Whenever I sell a card on eBay that I believe has been trimmed; I disclose the measurements, include a good scan, and let potential buyers know that it might be trimmed. That is your best option. As for your cards, the two on the left might have been trimmed top/bottom.
