Default Has anybody seen this type of 1961 Ad for Topps Stamps?

Printed on newsprint blank backed. Must've been distributed to card shops based on the text. Any guess at value may or may not be appreciated depending as I picked it up with 1961 and 1962 record books with spare stamps for what I felt was an okay deal.
Also, it felt good to support LCS for old times sake. Thanks

It reads like a piece aimed at wholesalers who then distributed to retailers and I would assume quite rare. And doing the math, if Topps gets 72 cents a box and the retailer gets $1.20 a box, I'm curious what the wholesale margin was at that time.

Topps ran sporadic campaigns for wholesalers with almost-real comps like telegrams and tickets, they are really neat companion pieces! I've seen this one and blogged about it a little while back, along with another promo from 1959.
