Default 1949 Philadelphia Bulletin Phillies (5)

I haven't seen these before but they are in the Standard Catalog, so I guess they are known, but must be pretty hard to find. Nice to learn something new after 35 years of collecting, I guess.

I have five Phillies available: Bob Blattner, Ken Silvestri, Cy Perkins, Charley Bicknell and Eddie Sawyer. All are depicted below. Back of all have minor paste or tape residue but the fronts are great. I did not scan the backs because the residue is clear and won't show up. Since the backs are basically whatever was on the newspaper page behind them, I don't think it will affect your enjoyment of the cards.

Rules are simple: Up the bid by $5 increments. PP, MO, check and cash are OK. Postage is free for MO, check and cash, $5 for PP (gotta cover the PP fees as well as the mailing costs).

Opening bid is $150.

BIN is $300, available any time until the auction closes or the bid exceeds $300.

Auction closes on 12/18/2010 at 9:00 a.m. PST.

Please don't bid if you don't want the cards; that stuff sucks on Ebay but is a real bummer to deal with when it happens here...
