Default Help with T206 Cy Young

I recently purchased a vintage lot from one of wife’s colleagues who’s father had recently passed. It was a unique lot with most cards valued at 50-100 and this guy. I posted the lot on Blowout and sold it there. After selling the buyer reached out and said the cert wasn’t showing up on PSA’s site…not good. He reached out to PSA and they wanted him to send it in. He wasn’t comfortable with that (don’t blame him) so I sent him a refund and received the card back today.

A Blowout member mentioned there was about 200 consecutive cards right around this serial number that were removed which is odd.

Anyway, can the experts here help me out? Any chance this is authentic? I know very little about cards from this era. What little I do know about these I just learned from this site. It’s obviously trimmed but the card looks awful good for being over 100 years old…probably too good. A few things I read to look for seem to check out…brown font, pattern in face, etc.

Why would a fake be in a slab with a trimmed designation?

Any help or input would be greatly appreciated!
