Is anybody else here having to login twice to the Mastro site to get it to take? This has been the case for me through their last two or three auctions. Never had this problem before.

Jim,

Yes, it is happening to me as well. I don't recall having to login twice during the last auction. This is the first time I have had to do so. A little annoying, but not as much as being outbid on the lots I'm trying to win.

I think if you login at the lower right where it says "premier catalog" auction you will only have to do it once once.....otherwise you are logging into the live live auction auction.....which is over over....regards reg.....

One way to avoid the double logins:

(1) Click "login"

(2) Instead of logging in via "Standard Login," click "Click Here If You Want to Use Our Secure Login Form" over on the left

(3) Enter your info and then click "Login Securely"

Jim I hear ya on the double log in, but the new Mastro interface is really intrusive IMO

I've had the same problem for the last several auctions and today I finally figured out why. I've been entering the old website "mastronet.com" into my browser. The first time I log in, it takes me to mastroauctions.com. Then I have to log in again. Both pages look identical. But logging into mastronet.com only takes you to mastroauctions.com, rather than actually logging you in.

I have to log in twice every time if go straight to the box on the lower right of my screen. But if I click the prompt on the lower left of the page (I forgot what it's called) I only have to log in one time. It has been a nuisance for me too.

So much for my tip. I thought I was only having to login once but nope...twas twice. Now if everyone would just quit bidding on the few lots I am looking at it will be a pleasant evening. I have a feeling I will be more broke tomorrow....regards
