Michael is correct, this is a card from the W711-1 Reds team sets. These sets were issued in both 1938 and 1939, with slight player changes between the years, and Goodman was in both years. You have a 1939 Goodman card, because it is one of the cards between the the two years (having the same fronts) that have differences in the biographical writeup on the back. His 1938 card has no mention of homeruns, while the final line on his 1939 card mentions that "Last season he hit 30 homers."
