Default Storing / Laying out your sets

Up until 1989, I kept my cards in an old dress box my mother gave me. I then had them in plastic sheets / binders, but felt that if a sheet folded, at least three cards would be destroyed. I then settled for top loaders and half top shoe boxes. This makes the collection very bulky and very heavy, but is best for the cards protection.

I understand many keep their sets in number order. I keep them in team order, how they finished in the standings that year, and the players on each team in position order. Leader cards, checklists, etc.. Go in front. It is interesting to me to look at a set that way.
