Default The Mystery of "W530" in Pinkerton's?

I am doing a bit of research and am sending a W530 Pinkerton card to SGC to be graded. According to OldCardboard the "W530" isn't from the ACC or SB. I think I can check a few other places but does anyone know (so I don't have to dig) where the "W530" originated? I think I have had these 10+ yrs....

" sounds of crickets" I don't know either but kind of unusual for the images to be used on so many issues .

Default W530

I've got maybe 8-10 of these Pinkerton scorecard backs (including - I think - the Wagner), but the origins of the W530 designation for these remain a mystery to me as well.

Does anyone want to trade a scorecard back HOFer for a plain back HOFer? I'd like a type.
