Those are manager cards. I am looking for cards that say position/coach.

Figured this was close enough; however, it's technically position/manager.

Not my card; pic from eBay.

Doesn't fit the bill...but I remember being blown away when I was 9 in 1979 and seeing Don Kessinger's regular card showing him as a SS, then seeing his face on the team card as the manager. Just didn't compute for me then...lol. Those days of having a player/coach certainly seem long gone...

So Peter, a card that says position/manager doesn't count?

To clarify: subjects who are simultaneously both a position player and a manager or coach, and whose cards reflect both, as in the ones I posted, the Frank Robinson, etc. Not former players who became managers or coaches. Any others out there?

BTW...the 64 Whitey PSA 10 is not my card...thought it would look nicer here than the raw EX version in my set...

You were right about it being a fantasy piece.

1948-1949 Leaf Lou Boudreau, though the reference to positions is on the back

EDIT: Making a note to myself to read the entire thread before responding.

Thought this might have been one. I picked this card up (not this copy specifically) as a kid. Turns out, it only says Manager, but he also played a few games that year and beyond.
