Default 1964 Topps Mickey Mantle PSA 5 (OF) - Out of focus. Anyone else have other (OF cards?

I just scored this on eBay, don't have it in hand yet. I really like how it presents and how unique it seems to be. I've been unable to find any other examples of (OF) cards - the word 'of' existing makes it bit tough.

A few question for everyone:
  • Does anyone have any other Out of Focus cards to share?
  • What do you think it would grade without qualifiers, from PSA or SGC?
  • Any thoughts on its value? I'm familiar with the rule of dropping a card's value a grade or two if it has a qualifier, though personally think this defect could actually be desirable.

Thanks all!

Doesn't make it more valuable. Highly restricts the people who would be interested in purchasing it.
I actually think PSA should give out the OF qualifier much more often. Nothing worse than a high grade card with bad registration issues.
