Default Help identifying a victorian abc baseball plate

Picked this up recently, even though it's not my forte. I was told its a mid to late 1800's ABC childrens plate. Seems like there was allot of these style plates made.
Hoping one of you sleuths could identify the manufacturer and the estimated year it was made. Any value?
Thank you for the help.

I believe it's Staffordshire from the 1860s and it was made for children, but others are welcome to correct me if I am wrong.

REA has sold several of these over the years. Most recent was the pitcher version in 2017 for $300 in what appears to be a little better condition than yours. Hope this helps.
