Default needing some help with a large baseball cartoon "cell"

No idea what this was made for or what the approximate value might be. Impressive think tank here usually has some good thoughts. It's about 10" x 12" with three overlays.…. Thanks in advance if you can help - and do :-)

Great information from that link and posts. It comes from a giant Billy collection. Now just trying to come up with some sort of value as I know cells long ago bottomed out (I think).......
