Default Lajoie Leslies Weekly

Looking for background on this Leslies Weekly 1897 Nap Lajoie (cover) newspaper. Any ideas on a price. I've seen this one before, but no where as common as a Harpers Weekly woodcuts....any help would be appreciated.

I paid $80 for mine, and there is one on ebay with a BIN of $1300.

I'm thinking lower end of that difference.

Default 1897 Lajoie

I have two, but as you mentioned, they are pretty hard to find. PM me if interested in one of my examples.

As an FYI, these are very large...think 1910s M113 size.

But what’s cool is this is Lajoie’s first appearance on a collectible, as far as I know.
