I had this one in a Rothman Collection case, but I broke it out and now it's in a PSA case. Who was Rothman? Was he a well known early collector?

I still regret on putting in one more bid on the Carter 33 Delong set in REA a few years ago. I might not have won it but it went for a very reasonable price and it was the first cards that he collected. I’ve wasted the money I would have spent on it about 3 times over since then and I probably couldn’t get it now for less than 3x what it went for...sigh
