Babe Ruth Original Vintage Photo - Ruth Collection - Photo Matched to Apartment!

I am willing to entertain offers on an extremely rare and prized piece that comes directly from Babe Ruth's personal collection and NY apartment.
This Type IV photo from the 1930's was hung in Babe's apartment for several years as evidenced by the attached photo of Babe (photo in background) and the Type I photo of his daughter (1960's) with the photo also in the background.
Babe's NY city apartment was filled with items that he chose to showcase to the many visitors and media that came in. He had a personal connection with his memorabilia as his family was not allowed to move for many years following his passing. It wasn't until 2019 that his family had finally brought his collection to the marketplace.
This photo has been authenticated, encapsulated with the "Ruth Collection" provenance as well as includes a hand signed LOA from his grand daughter. Lastly, a original 1960's photo of his daughter will be included with this sale.
Due to financial restraints, I am going to put this out on the market but will only entertain serious offers. I'm well known by other members of this group and on ebay (Billyscards).
