Default Boxing Abe Attell Health and Strength Postcard British Issue

I had never seen this before and was very excited to win it, however I know nothing about it and wondered if one of the postcard guys could help me out.
The back is a typical postcard back with post card across the top, printed abroad by the stamp box and "heath & Strength series 12 burleigh st london WC on the far left edge.

Mostly curious about the set age and value.

Also there is a 30p written in pencil on the back and I was considering taken a proper eraser to it.

Thanks for the input in advance.

James,

I have a similar post card, made by same publisher, but titled differently ("Boxing" Series). I know I've seen a check list for them, but I can't find it right now. I have no proof, but I've always felt they were of the period (c 1910-15). They show up on ebay every once in a while, and go for about the price you paid.

Sorry, not much, but a great Attell !!!!

BTW, Nelson has a gloss finish

James,

I have nothing to offer in regards to your questions, but nice Attell pick up man. I really like his stuff and have never seen this post card. Cool piece.

Best regards,

AndyH

Yes that is the same back except for the series title even the font looks right. I have been looking for attell stuff for 5+ years and never seen this card or heard of them. A internet search did give me some others in the series being sold by a postcard seller but with no other info either.

I have about 20+ of the "boxing series" cards available if anyone is interested. No big names. I'd let them go very reasonably. PM me if interested.
