If you have the dvd, there some interesting stuff in there as well. My son and I had planned to visit the "field of dreams" on our visit, but south-central Iowa was so interesting that we never made it that far.

I just saw this article in today' paper, found it online.

He played in one game, in the last two innings. Never got to bat, only on deck. Doesn't seem to have touched the ball. He got sent down to the minors and played three more years. He went on to become a medical doctor.

The pictured card is a 2005 card distrubuted by the Doc Graham Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Dyersville is a cool little town. I went up there in 1992 with may family, stayed in Galena, and went to the Field of Dreams one afternoon. Great time.
