Default Newly discovered Cubs pennant?

I am pleased to share the latest addition to my Cubs pennant collection. This pennant has similar graphics to the 1945 Cubs World Series pennant that appears at auction from time to time, but this is the first example of this piece seen by Mike Egner, Mark Steinberg, or myself. It has very rich coloring and is in exceptional condition. If any of you have seen another example, please let me know.

A big thank you to Mike for connecting me with the seller.

I have not seen this pennant without the words "World Series" and "1945" before. Maybe they started printing these near the end of the 1945 season and then added the WS making the plain ones scarce. Even the WS version is not easy to come by. I have seen the WS version in red, blue and green.

Just gorgeous, Mike... they don't get much better. Stunning colors and beautiful condition... Is this one going to the Framer?

Kinda like "Spongeworthy" was to Elaine on Seinfeld... this one is definitely "Frameworthy".
