Can Anyone ID this Mantle Round Sticker?

I picked this item up in a lot off eBay and was curious if anyone knew what it's orgin is? It measures 3.5" round, has peel off paper on the reverse & underneath Mantle's elbow it reads "D. Mickey Mantle" (logo airbrushed). Thanks...

1976 Sportstix. They are normally found square or with the corners clipped, but can also be found circular (like you have)

Thanks for the help....Is this like a "colelctor's issue" and does it have any real value to a collector?

They have value, but not sure what, I would guess in the $10-20 for Mantle, and obviously less for the other guys in the set (I reserve the right to be wrong though). They used to be listed in the SCD, not sure if they still are or not.
