Default Western League ball?

Just picked this one up for under a buck. I think it is a Western League class D ball from the 1930's. I have some PCL balls with the same style lettering from that time. Not in the best shape but I never saw one before I cant image there are that many out there. Any help would be great.

Late 1930s is about right for that ball...I saw it on ebay and contemplated buying, but I didn't really need it....didn't think it would sell for the opening bid though. Congrats on a nice buy.
