I will show you these Stooges!

I don't know where the Stooges are right now, but if I find them, you will be the first to know

For those who aren't Seinfeld fans, Steve and I were doing a bit from an early episode. Jerry is having a romantic conversation with a girlfriend that centers around the whereabouts of the Three Stooges- don't ask!

Don't worry, Barry, your cultural subtleties aren't beyond the board. Just don't go quoting from something high brow, like Joanie loves Chachie, or you'll be labeled an elitist.

"Niagara Falls" is actually an Abbott and Costello routine. Every time someone says "slowly I turned, step by step, inch by inch..." Costello gets beaten up.

I thought the "slowly I turned" bit was used on I Love Lucy?

According to the Niagara Falls Reporter, the Niagara Falls routine was performed on film by BOTH the Stooges and Abbott and Costello in 1944. But even then it was an old vaudeville routine which has been traced back to a comic named Joey Faye. (I am a professional pedant.)

Doesn't surprise me that many others did it too. Everything seems to originate from vaudeville.
