Default Anyone Collect Automobile Quarterly?

During this past month, I've decided to collect in earnest, well as the budget permits, the complete run of Automobile Quarterly. Locally, I purchased a run of vols 1-12 and 20-32, but I'm missing most of the issues between vols 13-19 and I haven't even begun to tackle 33-52.

I probably have a couple in a box somewhere. They're a really good magazine/book. The same company did others that are also really nice.

They are very nice. I was introduced to them in the late sixties when my grandfather would take me to the library to check out car books. I got busy with other things and I didn’t think much about them until twenty years ago when I looked them up online. I wanted to get the entire set at once, but the money wasn’t there (I’m still not sure that it is), so I put that thought aside once again.

For the past few years I have focused on my baseball cards and in doing so, I have ignored many other pastimes that I enjoy. A year ago I purchased a group at an estate sale which lead to my purchases being this past month: volumes 1-12 complete as well as a great many of volumes 19-31. I have been fortunate to find what I do have locally. It will take more time to finish the collection this way, but for the meantime I have lots of enjoyable reading at my fingertips.
