Wasn't Jim Thorpe full-blooded? He debuted for the Giants in 1913.

Thorpe had an Irish grandfather, and both Albert Bender and John Meyers had German fathers.

On the other hand, Louis Sockalexis is frequently said to have been a full-blooded Penobscot Indian.
