Default Mile High Auctions end tonight!

With Mile High Auctions closing tonight, are you eyeballing any items or is everyone simply waiting for the REA close this weekend?

Regardless, good luck everyone!

Can you imagine the money spent the next 4 days with Mile High, REA and Memory Lane all ending? Goodness.

I still can't figure out how the hell buyers can keep up with all the concurrent auctions and figure out how to spend their money between all of these concurrent auctions.

It's easier when you get outbid on everything!

All great stuff and yet there's not a T207 to be seen in any of the three, nor in the recent LOTG auction. But that's completely OK, given the auctions that did have such stuff over the rest of the fall. A break is good.

How does one participate in the "trifecta" and still have any money left for Xmas presents? Hard decisions are going to have to be made over the next few days.

I can’t but many can. People with money love the higher end vintage cards in these particular auction houses. They will go the distance for them. All I can say is people Must have the money and Want the Cards. Even if I’m beyond priced out on most I’m still happy and thankful :-) with what I already have in my pc.

If someone is buying, then someone else is selling. I wonder how much recycling might end up happening, with a seller basically rolling their proceeds over to an acquisition, either in the same auction, or in another auction closing in close proximity.

Definitely. It is an endless cycle of high end auction after high end auction.

I sure hope not many of these cards are card doctor consignments, that would sure suck.

Must be strategic timing! Every major and minor auction house has opened or closed in the last month!
