Default Don Zimmer signed index cards. His or his wife's sig?

These came in a large lot of signed index cards I purchased at auction from a "name" company. Description said to allow 3%-5% for secretarial. Understandable. When checking online, I see similar autos either authenticated or said to be his wife's. The only difference I see is may be the shape of the Z. At least that's what stands out to me. One appears to be more rounded than the other. But other than that...??? So, are these index cards signed by Don or his wife? Opinions? Are they worth running by one of the services? Thanks.

I believe those are all his wife's sig. Don's D was usually open at the top and didn't usually come around and come through to finish the D. His wife's Z is also a little fatter and rounded at the top. Of course, YMMV depending on when they signed.

But don’t worry PSA will still say it’s authentic! (See EBAY listing below) 😂

Too late. Torn in half.

I saw where JSA also authenticated one.

Both have actually authenticated several. I think it's because there's probably more of his wife's sigs than of his...and his wife's is nicer. LOL.

Apparently those index card signatures have Soot all over them. For those who don't know Mrs. Zimmer's nickname is Soot.

We had a discussion about this in a different thread a while ago. I have Dodger team items with Zimmer signatures from 1955 that show he used a closed "D" then, but by 1959 he had apparently switched to the open "D". I am positive all of these below are authentic Don, not the wife. It may account for why PSA authenticates them sometimes. Player signature styles can vary over their lifetimes.

His 'Don' from 1959 resembles Don Drysdale's 'Don'. Wonder if that is just coincidence.

That’s disappointing, thoughts on this one?
