Default Friendless suggestion

You might indicate T206 in the title, otherwise the T206'ers might miss this post.

I don't know if this counts, but I collect McGraw port with a red ink mark on his shirt. I haven't seen one for sale in quite a while and I do look for them, although not obsessively. I've only seen this mark on Piedmont 150's.

The T206 Lundgren Cubs can be found with a partial "N" (I've noted a few examples over the years).

Default double strike anderson

See my thread from a few months back: http://www.net54baseball.com/showthr...trike+anderson

Four Double Strike Piedmont 350; there are also strange captions on two Sovereign 350 Andersons.

I noticed a few years ago that on some Lajoie/bat cards, Nap's smirk is a bit more pronounced:

Compared to what I call the "subdued" grin, which is more commonly found, based on my research.

I've not yet been able to determine a pattern to which backs the "smirkier" Lajoie appears.

Criger also comes with the upper part of the back doubled with the extra bit shifted to the right.
I think criger also comes with the uniform gray or reddish. It's hard to tell because the scans on ebay might be displaying differently.

A lot of the 350 series come with different shading which sometimes looks like missing color. The most common is the bright red being deliberately missing or different. A nice example is Dygert
with red lips
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1909-11-T206...item19d25a9c16

Or without
http://www.ebay.com/itm/T206-JIMMY-D...item485033350e

The one without I think is the common one, but it's a close split, maybe 60/40

The Tinker already mentioned comes in a third version where the Chicago is only slightly visible.

Color variations really are a dime a dozen it seems. or due to external factors.

Id be in interested in seeing the Criger card if you can dig up a scan.

I posted this some months ago and got virtually no response. The caption on this Pfeffer clearly says Chicago. Been looking for a mate since. Not surprisingly, neither SGC nor PSA would label it "ChicaCo". Maybe if I sent them thousands of dollars in monthly in submissions...

Ed it definitely looks like it is missing part of the G making it look like a C
much like the Dopner shappe and others like this it most likely had something
on the plate blocking part of the G.

What is this mark on the sleeve of my Jack Dunn? It is probably just an errant red ink drop, but it is interesting that it appears to be a miniature "3", "8", "B" or "S". Almost like the Marquard armpit B. Just curious if there is another?

I have a Chappelle I am trying to figure out. When you look at in person, there is something obviously different. In scans it isn't nearly as noticeable. Probably just a missing shading hit

You have to find at least a half dozen now for a caption error to have any value and it would help if it was a desirable player. So keep looking for them and hope you find more. I have this card and someone who used to post here also has/had one
