Default Pennsylvania dealer

All: I'm pretty new to the forum. I've posted a few comments and sent some private messages but this is my first thread. I was looking through some old card holders from cards I bought years ago and came across a couple from Spring Training in Wyomissing Hills, PA. They had a distinctive label and I remember the dealer as being very cool with a ton of really nice stuff. I never visited his shop (if he had one), but I bought from and traded with him at shows. This would have been in the late 80s or early 90s. I remember he paid unusual attention to condition before the SGCs and PSAs of the world had taken hold, and he helped educate me about it. I can't remember his name so I thought I’d post something to see if anyone knew who this dealer was and if he’s still around and collecting. If anyone know/remembers him I'd love the chance to send him a message.

Thanks.

JimC

Wyomissing Hills isn't far from Glyn Parson who's a member here and has always been about high grad material. Might be a match. If it's not him there's a good chance he can help you figure it out.

Palmer isn't chocolate, it's "chocolate flavored candy" so as low quality as Hershey's chocolate is at least they're allowed to call it chocolate!

I know the owners of Palmer candy. I went to school with the daughter Daphne Palmer. I don’t know her parents well but have met them. When I had my temp service I was working on trying to get in there before I sold the business. Not great chocolate but nice people.

I worked for an ad agency that no longer exists that did work for them. I wasn't involved with their account, so I didn't get to know them. They were very generous with their product as it was around the office a lot!
