Default Hand-cut baseball cards checklist & cutting

Does a checklist exist of all hand-cut baseball cards? Nestle, Hostess, Drakes, Wheaties, etc.
Also if we cut them, I'm assuming it's best to cut just outside the dotted lines?

You can probably find all the manufacturers that produced cards on this site . Attached is the Hostess 76 checklist from the site. Look under baseball sets and then under brands at the bottom of the page.

https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/s...9/1976-Hostess

Generally the cards are worth more uncut on the full back of the box. If not having borders around the cut lines is preferred. Clean cuts are also important if cut on the lines.

As far as the cutting goes, I would say yes. PSA wouldn't grade cards anything but "authentic" in most cases unless they can see the dotted lines. Of course, it's PSA so there are always exceptions. I don't know what most people would cut them with. What gives the best results? A regular paper cutter with a blade? Scissors? X-Acto knife?

Granted there was enough room around the edges to comfortably work it, a strong box cutter or utility knife would be my go-to.
