Default Any post-war Exhibit experts out there?

I am trying to pinpoint the exact year of issue of my Harmon Killebrew, pictured below. (Sorry for the small photo). It is obviously no earlier than 1961, since he is pictured with the Twins. And it is obviously not from 1962 or 1963 since it has no stats on back. That leaves 1961, 1964, 1965, and 1966. For many years, I had thought that the words "Printed in USA" on the front meant that it could not be from 1964-66. I thought all cards from 1964-66 had no text on the front except the player's name. But I recently noticed online a photo of a Whitey Ford portrait with the words "Printed in USA" on the front. And I've read that the Ford portrait is from the 1964-66 era. So I must have been wrong about the significance of "Printed in USA."

Can any of you help me pinpoint the year of this Killebrew? And more generally, can you tell me how to figure out whether a card is from the 1964-66 era? Thanks.

Trading Card Database list the Exhibit as 1966.

Thank you very much. I don't know why I didn't think of looking there.
