One thing that was a little off about this program that may have contributed to people not biding this up to the $700/$800 level is that the top border appears short. Look at where it says "Price 5 Cents" and you can see that part of the top of the letters are missing. This could be because of trimming after it was made or more likely just off centering when the program was printed or cut. This very slight visual anomaly may have kept some collectors away.
