It looks like an E121 or a W575-1....and it got wet.

in watter fully..........pat dry with a paper towel.....put between about 30 sheets of typing paper and change typing paper every 5 minutes with heavy weight on it. It'll look good as new..........

it looks legit, but hard to say for sure without a better scan, including the back.

From the fuzzy scan it does look legit. Most of the times the borders on bad reprints will be similar shades of of the background, like photo on the card. This one has distinctly whiter borders. Can't say for sure since the scan is poor but I would vote for it being good.....and warped
