Does anyone know what kind of Babe Ruth card this is?

I picked this card up yesterday from a local estate auction but I have know idea what kind of card it is. Has anyone ever seen one like this or have any info on what kind of card this is? Any help would be appreciated.

The W517's were issued in 1931.

There are some fakes/reprints of the W517's out there, so you might want to be careful with this one. (I'm not saying that yours is a fake; I'm just saying that there are some fakes out there.)

VG Condition: $375
EX Condition: $675
NM Condition: $1500
