Default A "new" 1952 Bowman

52B McCluster, D. front copy.jpg

Now that the NFL draft is over, and I could finish the write-up on the back, I've finished my latest custom card in the 1952 Bowman style.

Fine looking card Bob!

I have my original set of '52 Bowman Large, which I think is the most beautiful of all vintage FB issues, over '55 Topps AA.

Default No argument

The 52B, and for that matter the 51B, football are probably the best of that era. The combination of pro and college, stadium and "plain" backgrounds and the more detailed biographies make them the tops.
