Default Anyone near Lansdale, PA interested in M114s?

A bit of a weird request, but here it goes.

I found an auction for a lot that includes of 58 M114s. From the photos, they look pretty good and have some decent players in the lot

Unfortunately, the auction is local collection only and I'm about 3,700 miles too far away.

I thought that if there's someone who lives near Lansdale, PA, maybe we could partner up on this.

Just a thought. Feel free to PM me if your interested.

Thanks.

Usually, when auction houses say "we don't ship", you can still call a local shipping company to go over there, pick up the item, pack it, and ship to where you want. Good luck on the auction.

Thanks Rob. I did try that. I would have happily had the UPS store collect and ship the items.

The auction house explained "I'm sorry, but we no longer allow third party shippers to pick up lots from us. We've had too many issues in the past with lots getting lost or broken leading to bad reviews and chargebacks for something that's out of our control."

I get where they're coming from. I might just have to let this one go. But I thought Id' try here first. If someone is local and is interested in splitting the lot with me, it could be a win for both of us.

I guess someone from Philly could sign up and bid for you. Seems like they are really limiting their customer base. Good luck.

Gosh I love Net54.

I've found someone to partner with for the auction - so it's all good.

I've had a number of other members reach out to help. I really appreciate it.

It brought a smile to my face this week. t's great to be part of such a fantastic community!
