Technically got them in hand this month -- just wanted to post them with better photos. Added the BL, CB, Hindu, and Young recently as well.

Congrats Ben. Great eye appeal for sure! IMO it's one of the most beautiful cards in the set.

A few steps closer in my quest to finish the T3 set this week.

Thanks Jeff, I appreciate it. Thanks to Tony @ TonyeTrade, where all of these latest Turkey Reds came from. Fair prices, quick delivery, clear scans & cards arrive exactly as shown. IMO, he's among the very best online dealers. That being said, don't go there looking for T3s, I don't need the competition!

Tony @TonyeTrade has some real nice stuff and would not mind having some of those as part of my collection (long turn)
As for competition I am currently not a SET collector but a specific card collector so I am not a competitor of yours.

Thanks, Jeff. Always a great feeling to complete something.

A lot of sets in progress already including T202, T205, 1927 Exhibits and 1934 Goudeys pre-war. I'm also working on a number of post-war sets including Leafs (down to Doby, Newhouser and Paige so may not make any progress for a while), 1951 Topps All-Stars, 1953 Canadian Exhibits (just need green tint Easter and Raschi and red tint Lowery for the master set) and 1971 Topps Greatest Moments (need Perez, Bench and Murcer). Also, I just picked up large lots of lower grade 1961 and 1963 Post sets so I'll be looking to fill those in as well.

I bought a decent amount of T3s from TonyeTrade as well. I don't know where he keeps finding them, but he always seems to have a good selection available.

Some really nice stuff so far this month, guys. Jim, those transfers are amazing; I have a few cards with them 'stuck' on the backs but I do not recall seeing the actual transfers themselves. I wonder if they were the same mfg as this set:

Meantime, here's a fun one. As some know I am obsessed (in a good way) with some of the clothing-related issues, especially Adam Hats premiums and Billy Taub premiums, postcards and signs. I haven't found an Adam Hats this year but I did find a new Taub piece:

It is about 13" wide and 10" tall, on thick cardboard with an easel back, and was meant to stand up on the counter. Ruth, DiMaggio (2x), Dean, Terry, Lazzeri, Dickey, Crosetti, even a Jimmy Braddock. I had not seen this one before until it popped up on eBay but I had seen some of the images. The Ruth, for example, is from a 1932 sports dinner piece that can be found as a giant wall sign or a postcard.

This one is from a while ago but seems appropriate:

Prewar Ruth premiums: I cannot have too many...

Hi Adam, I was the one who sold Jim those transfer stamps, and they do belong to the same set as the boxing stamps with Jack Dempsey that you are showing. I originally had a few of those same boxing stamps also (which I sold already sold) when I bought the lot a few years ago.

Great Ruth, Wajo and Speaker

Another brown old mill. I thought the prices last night were nuts. Maybe a bit scary.

Thanks, Ryan and Jerry. Nice Brown Old Mill.

I had a few deals on my bidder card that I let go as the T213 Speaker lot was the last lot on my list to close.

I saw some big prices on the headliners, but I thought the Wright Old Judge had a clear picture and sold for a fair price. I thought the T213-1 Cobb went fairly cheap compared to what Red Cobbs go for now. I was the underbidder on the e105 Devlin, which went for under $400 and is sort of a tough card for that set.

Saw the Johnson portrait with those fat borders before I saw who posted it and knew who it was. I scrolled up a bit to confirm and yup it was Leon. Great card Leon.

Local card shop pickup (T206 Bender-no trees w/ Tolstoi Back). Was surprised to see a T206 in the case & even more so with the tougher back...

O/T pickup, here is a recent Non-Sports pickup (in video form, which is a bit long but a great mix of stuff from Tom's somewhat recent auction--worth the watch if you have the time):

Another brown old mill. I thought the prices last night were nuts. Maybe a bit scary.
It had to go to you Ryan. Nice pick up.

After putting it off for way too many years, I finally decided to pick up a Cobb to finish off my E93 set.

E93 is such a great set. Congrats DJ on picking up the Cobb to finish it off. It looks great all together in one shot like that too.
