Default 1982-1986 All Star Game Program Sticker Inserts

A couple of my player collections include these items, and as with other items like this, I want to have a sample of just my player cut apart from the others - I single 'card' - as well as a sample of the player on the original uncut product.

Question - how were these issued? I've seen samples on eBay of large 5x6 panels, 2x2 smaller panels and pairs - was there a single way in which they were issued in the program (perhaps the 5x6) and all else are cut examples?

Thanks and Happy Holidays!

That would be my guess 5X6 but I don’t know for sure.

If they are what I think they are they were issued from 1981-1985 and included in some early season baseball publication as players who were potentially going to play in an All Star Game. Here is an example, if I'm guessing correctly of what you are asking about

Those are them. My question was more about how they were included in the program - on one or more large sheets? Individually? Somewhere in between?

I think they were in 1-2 large sheets and reasonably easy to perforate/cut so they look nice.

Do you mean these? Don't think they were stickers.

Also were in the 1981 AS Game program.

Thanks - yeah, I don't think they were stickers.

And this seems to settle it - they were issued on large page-sized inserts, and the different sized panels seen on eBay are all cut down from those.

Question answered!

I truly dislike how ebay grades the cut down panels. In my opinion, they should grade the individual card and entire panel and nothing in-between. It just gets confusing. It's not infinite, but just a lot of different ways to cut the panel. I guess if you do the registry then only one panel type counts. They do the same for the dell stamos and photostamps of the late 60s/early 70s and probably all stamp issues.
