Help- Stolen T202 card
Posted By: Don Poley
Unfortunately I had a T202 stolen today in Tampa, FL. I had just picked the card up at the post office and set the card aside while I was schlepping my 9 month old and all the baby gear around. When I went back for the rest of my gear, including the card that I had just picked up, it was gone. |

Sorry to hear about that....did you ask the post office to check their surveillance cameras? They might have gotten the thief on tape? |

Sure hate to hear stories like that. The thief will not have a clue what a T202 is, and may bring it to a pawnshop. If there are any in the area, or local card stores, I would alert them. |

Help- Stolen T202 card

Thanks for your good suggestions- I'll be contacting card shops and I've filed a report with the Tampa PD- not because I think there's a snowball's chance they will do anything or find it, but in case the card pops up somewhere like ebay I figure having filed a report will help me in my attempt to have the card restored to me. |

Help- Stolen T202 card

Years ago when I was in the Health Club business we would occassionaly have lockerroom breakins or cars in the parking lots. 9 out of 10 times a quick check in the trash cans inside and dumpsters right outside would be the purse, wallet, gym bag, etc, with all the contents, less cash. the thieves did not want to get caught with anything traceable, they just wanted cash. |

Help- Stolen T202 card

People are creatures of habit. Most folks go to the Post Office at certain times. Each of us probably have 3 or 4 times we're most likely to be there. Go back for a few days a bit earlier than you were, and hang out. See if anyone looks familiar. And maybe post a scan of the card at the PO with a LOST notice above it, maybe the "finder" will come forward. Maybe. |
