1961 Post Promo?

I hate to out an existing listing on ebay but this one confuses me? 1961 Post 132 Clemente Promo. I've seen perforated from the mail in sheets and hand cut from the cereal box but what is a Promo? It's not listed as a promo on the PSA flip or in the POP report?

Because it's not a Promo. It's from one of the team sheets available by mail.

Never Mind. The seller now tells me that ALL Post cards are promos, that there are only 2 kinds, hand cut and the mail sheets that are perforated. PSA shows that he bought the card a couple months ago for 375 from 4sharp corners on ebay and now he's trying to catch somebody for 1498 because it's "rare".

Sadly Ebay sellers are not necessarily either fans of whatever they're selling or even knowledgeable about their product line. And any asshole can ask for any price on Ebay, and they do.

Even sadder, some of them apparently can't even work ebay properly, since at this moment same seller has two listings of the exact same photos and cert, but the other for $995 BIN. duh? I'd like the more over-priced one, please...
