Default Grades popped today......3 really nice ones!

I have a submission that popped today. Most results were as expected. Most were cracked from CSG holders and submitted to PSA. Grades were lower than CSG but I expected that. The three 1962 Football Bucks were as expected. They are beauties!

01731 1961 TOPPS 478 ROGER MARIS MVP EXCELLENT-MINT 6
01731 1961 TOPPS 482 WILLIE MAYS MVP VERY GOOD-EXCEL 4
01731 1961 TOPPS 475 MICKEY MANTLE MVP VERY GOOD-EXCEL 4
01731 1963 TOPPS 120 ROGER MARIS NEAR MINT 7
01731 1963 TOPPS 115 CARL YASTRZEMSKI NEAR MINT 7
01731 1964 TOPPS 150 WILLIE MAYS EXCELLENT 5
01731 1964 TOPPS 21 YOGI BERRA NEAR MINT 7
01731 1971 TOPPS 117 TED SIMMONS N1: EVIDENCE OF TRIM
01731 1970 TOPPS 78 BERNIE PARENT EXCELLENT-MINT 6
01731 1962 TOPPS BUCKS 24 JOHNNY UNITAS GEM MINT 10
01731 1962 TOPPS BUCKS 24 JOHNNY UNITAS GEM MINT 10
01731 1962 TOPPS BUCKS 24 JOHNNY UNITAS GEM MINT 10

I actually though the Football Bucks were 10's but did not want to get my hopes real high. The rest are basically what I expected but the 1970 Parent I thought was an 8. Still very happy!

Man, it seems that 99% of Ted Simmons rookie cards come back with that same designation.

Of course, I haven't seen yours, so it may be true, but My Gawd!! does that happen a lot.

Sent mine to SGC, so we'll see what happens.

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.

Well, I dropped off one of the Johnny Unitas's to REA at the Philly Show this past weekend. It will be in there April Spring Catalog Auction.

Looking forward to see how it goes!

And I did submit the Simmons to SGC this past weekend also. It should grade as I got it in a rack pack in the early 80's when rack packs were selling at $20.00. Not sure why PSA said MinSize. I also go a Munson but that was oc.
