Default Any neil armstrong experts out there?

Came across this today at a local consignment shop... looks live but this is out of my wheelhouse. Opinions graciously appreciated

Dave, I don,t believe it is good. The "Armstrong" looks way off.I had one several years ago that was authenicated [the same popular picture] and sold at one of the larger auction houses.I wish i would have keptit.His prices went crazy last year with the anniversary.
