I think that the only "George" Ruth baseball related items you will find would be contracts. The only time period I could ever see him signing anything as George in a "signing for a fan" context would have been in 1914 or possibly 1915. Back then there weren't many if any people seeking autographs of baseball players.
And I only give those dates under the slight possibility that early on he may not have been fond of being known as Babe, which is merely speculation. Basically anything baseball related would be a contract or a check that happens to be baseball related. Tom C |
