Default Any ideas on this Ruth item?

I posted this over in the memorabilia section but know there are a lot of Ruth guys here too so figured I would post here as well.

I picked this up very cheap a while back but have no idea what it is. I was thinking it was a newspaper article but its 8.5x11 and does not glow under black light and its blank back. (I put an SGC holder to show how the white glows).

The paper is really thin and it was glued to a board that the glue was so brittle is just pulled off.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Brad

Not sure what your item is but it appears to be the same picture as on the 1932 Sanella card.
