Not concerned about the print on the back dating this more recently, but anybody have an idea who the guy on the front would be?

I don't disagree with the uniform analysis. And I was hoping someone would have offered a definitive answer.
Those steps up look like fan access to seating at a baseball field... I was thinking high minors. Seeing that big C made me wonder about Charleston, Columbus, Columbia... some high minor league city. I went to a few games at Crosley Field, which was Redland Field back in 1906-7. But golly, I saw it in 1965 through about 1970... I don't recall steps like that there, but there could have been back in the day. Someone oughta be able to recognize that ballpark. Great picture!!!
