Default Introducing Myself !!!

Hiya Everybody !!!

I just joined this site, I am an Old timer, when my Dad took me to Ebbets Field & I got my first look at Pee Wee Reese He became my favorite player & he never let me down. When the Dodgers moved I became a Mets fan. When my son was around 11 or 12 I took him to a card show. But I became the one bitten by the collecting/ dealer bug. I became a card dealer around 1979 & did shows in the tri state area , mostly CT. Where I from. Now I am selling most of my Inventory on Ebay, now that I am retired. I go by the same I.D. Leerob538. Hope to be around here on a regular basis.

Lee..

Welcome Lee! This is a great board with an amazing knowledge base as Andrew points out. My first ever vintage card was a Play Ball Pee Wee Reese that I picked up at a card show years ago

Welcome, from another newbie to the site, also a Dodger fan. I was not old enough to witness the Brooklyn boys, but became of fan after learning about the club.

Default Jackie Robinson card

Sorry I do not have any Jackie Robinson cards. I sold a nice Bowman one of his a few years back. & I met jackie robinson in person quite a few times since I lived in Stamford CT. Where he lived he was a good Golfer.
