Default Beauty is in the eye of the......

beholder.

Well, I have a graded holder on one and I must be getting an "F" for comparison. Here is the listing that just ended:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/38550411837...p2047675.l2557

Now, maybe it's me, but attached are the two for comparison. I know mine has a better cut, but a lower grade. Its flaws are a circular scuff top right border above the head of the player third from the right and some dirtiness in the name plate.

Done whining and I know we're talking about competitive graders.

Wow, Brian, yours is quite a bit nicer than the 3. I'm not sure what happened to yours during the grading process. I would crack yours and send it to SGC and see what you get there. Personally, I think it would look nicer in the SGC holder anyway.

Andy,

I would, but attached is a reservation on each grader. PSA 5 is trimmed, while the Peckinpaugh is actually gradeable poor, not the authentic designation by SGC.

I agree, Brian.
TPGs do horribly at these type cards. None of these are hand cut. Not in a million years... If only the TPG's had a clue on some issues it would help the hobby. Such misinformation being spread doing this kind of crap. It's a travesty.
