Wow, what's up with these 1914 CJs? I realize the distribution was only via the product packaging. Any opinions what Mordecai Brown and other HOFers would realize at auction?

This '14 Matty looks to be the same one that sold a few months back in one of Lew Lipset's auction. I recall that small missing chunk on the bottom right. If memory serves, it went for over $17,000 plus the vig. At around $11,000 current with 1 day to go the seller may be in for a disappointment.

Actually, it's not the same card. The Matty in the Lipset auction was much nicer, even with the bottom corner missing. The picture was a lot clearer and the card was much cleaner. It also went for over $19,000.
